The Sol Tribe Foundation empowers people of all ages to reconnect with nature, themselves, and their communities through a range of inclusive, nature-based education and community building programs.

Our programs are rooted in fostering holistic well-being through nature-based skills, creative expression, and personal development. We work with individuals of all ages, with a focus on promoting self-reliance, environmental education and stewardship, and community building.

Our promise is to stay human. To learn. To listen. To build slowly. To grow culture that lasts. And to choose depth over speed, connection over performance, and integrity over popularity - every time.

Sol Tribe Kitchen grows community by growing cooks. Youth learn the full journey of food - guided by local chefs - from soil, to harvest, to the nutrition of a shared meal. It's also a place of intergenerational remembering. Youth apprentice with chefs, farmers, herbalists, and culture carriers - learning not only how to prepare food, but how to source it, season it, respect it, and share it. Meals become a medium of community building, storytelling, skill-building, and cultural continuity. Together, we reclaim food as medicine, nourishment as connection, and the kitchen as a living classroom.

Sol Tribe Wellness offers embodied education in the healing arts - from wildcrafting and nature skills, to meditation, yoga, music, and movement. Through retreats, classes, and community gatherings, we support families and individuals in cultivating health, resilience, and inner connection.

Sol Tribe Finance teaches wealth as a part of wellbeing. We empower youth with financial literacy, mentorship, and hands-on skill building - so they learn to steward resources with clarity and confidence. A strong financial body supports a strong human body - and a resilient, creative, entrepreneurial life.

Sol Tribe Build focuses on the foundational life skills that help children, families, and communities thrive. Through hands-on learning, practical tools and back‑to‑basics experiences, we empower people of all ages with the skills needed to build! Cob, wood, structures, tools... all the while learning to navigate life with strength, connection, and grounded success.
